PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for offering real-time information based on web browser are provided to obtain information through visiting to the internet site by monitoring information outputting to the corresponding site in real time regardless of visiting a plurality of bookmark site, to use at any where and enable the site manager not to transmit a mail to every members by inputting an ID and secret information to a real bookmark managing site. CONSTITUTION: A businessman receives a real time connection from an internet user computer(300) and a site manager computer(400) and up loads a *.rbm file from the site manager computer(400) and transmits the internet user computer(300). A site manager server(200) stores a link page transmitted from the site manager computer(400) and clicks a title in order that the internet user computer(300) may show the link page.
