PURPOSE: A repairing method is provided to recycle a circular saw by repairing cracks on the saw. CONSTITUTION: A V shape groove(130) is formed on a crack of a circular plate(100) by using a grinder. A jig(200) blocking heat is installed around the groove filled up by using a special welding rod(310). The portion finishing welding is reheated to prevent a thermal deformation at an equal temperature for a specific time. The jig blocking heat is removed and the protruded welding portion after welding is made even by using the grinder. The welding rod(310) is selectively used based on a kind of a circular saw. A rotating shaft of a driving unit motor is combined with the assembly hole(110) of the circular plate. Therefore, the circular saw having cracks is reused and the prime cost is reduced.
