PURPOSE: An internet counselling method and a system thereof are provided to allow a member to on the internet at real time, and to pay the cost of counselling at a credit card. CONSTITUTION: Card readers(12,22) which reads a cash card and a devit card of a bank, a credit card, an IC card in counselling terminals(10,20) and a picture camera(14) are set in a client terminal. A relaying server(40) receives card information which the card reader reads from the client terminals(10,20) and judges whether the card is used or not. The server connects to a web site which offers a counselling service through a web browser of the admitted client terminals(10,20) and connects the relevant client terminal(10,20) and a selected counselor terminal(70) mutually for counselling with a counselor who is registered in a database(60) in real time according to a choice of the client. An operator terminal(50) controls the relaying server(40) and the database(60), connects to the client terminals(10,20), receives contents of the counselling and informs the contents of the counselor. A member DB(61), a counselor DB(62), a counselling expenses DB(63), a counselling data DB(64), a counselling service DB(65), a waiter DB(66) and the like are stored in the database(60). A picture camera(72) is set in the counselor terminal(70) in the same way of the counselor terminal(10) and, in addition, an electric pen, an electric counselor and a microphone could be set. |
