PURPOSE: A product molding method by bulging oil is provided to save the molding time of a product and to improve productivity by supplying the bulging oil to a die fame while pressing the bulging oil. CONSTITUTION: A molding apparatus consists of a planar support member(10); right and left pair of die frames(20,30) forming product molding spaces(21,31) on a facing face; first and second cylinders(40,50) for combining the die frame upon moving rods(41,51) forwardly; a bulging oil pressurizing frame(60) prepared with a bulging oil passing hole(61); a main cylinder(70) for ascending and descending the bulging oil pressurizing frame upon moving the die frame backwardly; a bulging oil storage tank(80) for storing the bulging oil; and a low pressure pump(90) for supplying the bulging oil to the bulging oil passing hole through a pipe(81). Upon actuating the main cylinder and the low pressure pump, the rod(71) descends the bulging oil pressurizing frame. At the same time, the bulging oil is transferred from the storage tank(80) through the pipe by the low pressure pump. The bulging oil is put in the product molding spaces(21,31) of the die frames. Then, as the bulging oil pressurizing frame pressurizes an upper opening face of the die frames while closing, a product(P) is completed.
