PURPOSE: A kimchi refrigerator is provided to block noise from being delivered to the front side from a machine room. CONSTITUTION: A kimchi refrigerator has an inner casing(9), an outer casing(7) and a partition plate(10). A noise isolation layer(25) is formed on the front inner wall of the machine room. The noise isolation layer is formed by a noise isolation plate(31). The noise isolation plate is bent downward with a specific gap between itself and the front plate of the outer casing from the front end of the partition plate. The noise isolation layer is filled with a foaming agent(33) preferably. The foaming agent is formed integrally with a foaming agent supplied between the outer casing and the inner casing. Therefore, noise generated from a compressor(23) is isolated by the foaming agent filling the noise isolation layer between the noise isolation plate and the outer casing.
