发明名称 GLASS COMPOSITION FOR ADHESION PROCESS
摘要 PURPOSE: A glass composition is provided to be used in adhesion process to enhance adhesive strength while maintaining low-melting point and high thermal expansion coefficient. CONSTITUTION: A process for producing glass composition comprises: blending 70-85 wt.% of PbO, 13-20 wt.% of B2O3, 1-12 wt.% of SrO and 1-5 wt.% of SiO2 into a glass powder; mixing the resultant powder with 85-99 wt.% of CuO and 1-15 wt.% of CaF2. The PbO-B2O3-SrO crystalline glass powder added with CaF2 and CuO is preferably useful in adhesion process of a copper product such as a copper pipe of a solar collector. The glass powder has excellent fluidity and adhesion with the copper pipe and can reduce time required for the adhesion process.
