摘要 |
PURPOSE: A regenerative rectifier using an inverter is provided to reduce the cost while enhancing the energy efficiency and the function by using a minimum number of thyristor switching devices. CONSTITUTION: Six thyristor switching devices(S1-S6) supply a DC power converted from an AC power to a load(M). The first inductor(L1) gradually increases a current supplied to the load. When an energy is regenerated in the load(M), if a transistor switching device(Tr) is turned on, the regenerated energy is temporarily stored in the second inductor(L2). A diode(D) prevents a short between the load(M) and the switching devices(S1-S6) during the regenerating process. After all of the regenerated energy is stored in the second inductor(L2), when a thyristor switching device(Th) is turned on while the transistor switching device(Tr) is turned on, the temporarily stored energy is regenerated and supplied to an input AC power source.
