PURPOSE: A business model for constructing database of vehicle transaction is provided to construct a network among purchasers and nationwide car centers based on a law court auction, and intermediate sale of used vehicles so that it can offer profitable informations to the purchasers of cars. CONSTITUTION: The business model comprises steps of constructing a vehicle database based on collection of all the kinds of vehicle informations, constructing a vehicle sale database by collecting vehicle purchase and sale informations, classifying them by the vehicle seller or the law court auction or the direct transaction, extracting a vehicle ownership trend by analyzing the databases, performing an electronic trading of used vehicles based on the analyzed result, offering a vehicle maintenance service by networking car centers, and offering an optimal purchase or sale price of the vehicle via a plurality of vehicle dealers.
