摘要 PURPOSE: A functional food and a manufacturing method for hangover cure by using a mixture of Hovenia dulcis thunb, Alnus japonica and Pueraria thunbergiana Benth are provided to increase the effect of activating liver by promoting alcohol decomposition. CONSTITUTION: The functional food for hangover cure contains Hovenia dulcis thunb concentrate, Alnus japonica concentrate and Pueraria thunbergiana Benth concentrate in a ratio of 10-60:10-60:10-60. The manufacturing method of the functional food comprises the steps of: cutting fruits of Hovenia dulcis thunb, bark of Alnus japonica, and root, leaf and flower of Pueraria thunbergiana Benth, and hot-air drying at 50deg.C for 12hours; couple of times extracting above each ingredient with a mixture of water and alcohol in a ratio of 1:9 by a reflux condensing extractor at 65-105deg.C for 6-12hours; decompressing and filtering the extract to concentrate it to 25-60°Bx; mixing each concentrate; and making a product as liquid in a pouch, powder, pill or drink type.
