<p>PURPOSE: A matrix depositing method of a molten carbonate fuel battery is provided to improve durability by making fibers perpendicular to each other upon depositing each matrix. CONSTITUTION: A solvent, a plasticizer, a binder and a fiber are mixed in gamma-lithium aluminate powder. The mixed powder is mixed and crushed in a ball-mill unit for an appropriate time by ball-milling. Bubbles of slurries obtained by the ball-milling are eliminated. Then, the slurries are cast by a tape and dried in a normal temperature so that a green sheet is produced. Herein, the fiber has a directional property based on the casting direction. After finishing a production process, the directional property of the fiber is confirmed by examining the green sheet. Lastly, several matrixes are repeatedly deposited between an anode and a cathode so the directions of the fibers as to be mutually vertical.</p> |
