PURPOSE: A method for checking recognition result for multi-step input process in a voice recognizing system is provided to reduce trouble of users and to minimize time required for service in multi-step input process of the voice recognizing system. CONSTITUTION: The method for checking recognition result for multi-step input process in a voice recognizing system includes several processes. A voice recognizing telephone information device plays back input inducing announcement comment and recognition result checking announcement comment(501), and waits as input stand-by state(502). If voice of a user is inputted in input stand-by state(503), the voice recognizing telephone information device processes the inputted voice(504), and stores the input content(507). While processing the inputted voice, the voice recognizing telephone information device sends stand-by music(504). If DTMF(dual tone multi frequency) is inputted in input stand-by state(503), the voice recognizing telephone information device checks whether the inputted signal is DTMF signal for "*" button(505). If the inputted signal is DTMF signal for "*" button, this process returns to previous step(506), and the voice recognizing telephone information device receives input from a user again. |
