摘要 PURPOSE: A vacuum fluorescent display is provided to improve luminance inferiority by compensating the height difference between a lead pin side filament and an opposite filament due to lifting of one side of a mount from bending of lead pins. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum fluorescent display(10) includes a front board(12), a rear board(14), a side glass(16), a wiring layer(18), an insulator layer(20), a number of filaments(24), anode electrodes(26), grid electrodes(28), lead pins(30) and a mount assembly. The wiring layer(18) electrically connects the inside of the vacuum fluorescent display(10). The insulator layer(20) interrupts unnecessary electric carriage of wiring. The filaments(24) are fixed at both ends by filament supports(22) to traverse the inside of a vessel defined by the boards(12,14,16,18). The grid electrodes(28) wrap a certain anode pattern between the filaments(24) and the anode electrodes(26). External power is applied to the electrodes via the lead pins(30). The mount assembly includes a mount(32) installing the filament supports(22).
