PURPOSE: A method for producing a vitrified wheel is provided to improve productivity and to perform a grinding process with high preciseness without damage to a plastic ball. CONSTITUTION: An abrasive made up of fused alumina or silicon carbide material is selected and put in a mixer. 3 to 10wt of a liquid phase temporary bond is put and mixed for about 20 minutes. After the bond is coated on the abrasive, 50wt to 150wt of a vitrified bond is added up and mixed for 30 minutes. A mixture is obtained by mixing the coated abrasive with the vitrified bond and put in a mold frame of a specific size. The mixture is pressurized and molded by a 1000TON press. The molded product is dried in a drying chamber for 7 days. Then, the dried product is sintered in a plasticizing furnace at 1000 to 1500deg.C for 5 to 10 days.
