PURPOSE: An apparatus and the method for making a selective phone call using an execution key are provided to connect web site for offering application programs, and to execute application programs by one operation. CONSTITUTION: An information supply server(10) includes the web sites accessed by the connection signal transmitted from a main personal computer(PC)(30), and transmits the application programs in the web sites to the PC(30). The PC(30) controls the network environment between PCs(40), and stores the application programs received from the server(10). The PC(30) makes the application program opened in the PCs(40) in response to the signal inputted from a main device(60). A key signal input part(71) includes a voice signal transceiver switch(70) for forming a communication line between a user and the other person under the control of the main device(60) so that the user can make a phone call while enjoying a game. The main device(60) transmits the key signal output from the key signal input part(71) to the PC(30).
