PURPOSE: Provided is novel antagonism strain, Pseudomonas fluorescens GL7 producing siderophore. Also, and method for monitoring proliferation degree of bacteria controlling plant or propagation is provided by a recombinant strain thereof and introduction of fluorescent protein. CONSTITUTION: A strong antagonism strain, Pseudomonas fluorescens GL7 whose molecular weight is 989 dalton, can produce siderophore, pseudobactin GL7 consisting of alanine: lysine: threonine in a ration of 2 : 1 : 1 maximally. A recombinant strain of Pseudomonas fluorescens GL7, Pseudomonas fluorescens GL-GFP, is composed of introduction of a green fluorescence protein gene into a gene of Pseudomonas fluorescens GL7, can determine degree of controlling plant in soil.
