摘要 PURPOSE: An iron oxide measuring apparatus using permeability is provided to reduce a fuel cost and to improve the quality of a sintered ore through the improvement of an accuracy of measurement by applying a hollow coil instead of an iron core coil. CONSTITUTION: A non-contacting iron oxide measuring apparatus comprises: a measuring sensor unit(130) placed on an upper portion of a conveyor belt(1) having a measuring LC oscillator(134) and a reference LC oscillator(132) embedding hollow coils and measuring the frequency due to a sintered ore; an ultrasonic distance sensor unit(21) placed at an upper portion of the sintered ore and measuring the frequency change due to layer thickness and weight of the sintered ore; a temperature sensing unit(22) measuring the fluctuation of the frequency corresponding to temperatures; a controller(40) including a frequency extractor(41) extracting measurement and reference oscillation frequencies from the measuring sensor, a microcomputer(42) correcting the frequency changes and outputting the difference of the frequencies, an interface(43), and a temperature controller(44); and a data processing unit(50) comparing the frequency difference signals with a correlation data of the iron oxide content in the sintered ore and calculating the content of the iron oxide. By measuring the magnetization degree of the sintered ore, FeO in the sintered ore or iron ore is measured.
