PURPOSE: A kick-board having an easily detachable ski/skate structure is provided to use on a snowy road or an icy road by easily mounting ski/skate structure on the kick-board. CONSTITUTION: A kick-board having an easily detachable ski/skate structure includes a handle part(1), a board part(2), a connection part(7) connecting the handle part with the board part, a frame(9) connected to the lower end of the handle part, a wheel shaft located to an extension shaft of the board part, a pair of fixed triangular plates connected to the frame and the wheel shaft for adjusting the horizontal angle of a skate structure, a pair of housings inserted into the frame and the wheel shaft integrated with the fixed triangular plates, and the skate structure coupled to a button type coupling part located on the housings.
