PURPOSE: A multi-user information management system is provided to enable a user to share personal information with other specific person or a common interest group so that it makes it possible collecting or updating information by a plurality of persons. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a client(C100) and a server(S100). The client(C100) includes a personal information management(PIM) database(C500), a client engine(C200), a wireless connection module(N100) and a wired connection module(N200). The client(C100) synchronizes the PIM database with the backup PIM database of the server(S100). The server(S100) includes a listener(S200), a server scheduler(S250), an alarm manager(S270), a server engine(S450), a push content database(S600), a repository(S700), a PIM backup database(S800) and an intelligent agent(S900). The listener(S200) accepts a synchronization request from the client(C100). The server scheduler(S250) schedules the processes over the server(S100). The alarm manager(S270) synchronizes an alarm of the client(C100). The push content database(S600) stores a general information on users, and analyzed the information.
