The assembly (1) has a defrosting unit comprising an anti-icing coating (13) coated of a part of an external surface (11). The defrosting unit includes a light weight vibration units e.g. piezo-electric actuating units, for vibrating the external surface. The piezo-electric actuating units include a piezo-electric actuator and an electrical power supply units e.g. electrical cable. The piezo-electric actuator is in contact with an internal surface (9).
