PURPOSE: A radiation source assembly is provided to minimize the possibility of an accident by minimizing the drawing and inserting resistance of the radiation source assembly. CONSTITUTION: The device includes an outer capsule(3), a female connector(5), and a pig tale(7). A radiation source is installed in the outer capsule(3). The female connector(5) is engaged with a male connector connected to a regulating handle. The pig tale(7) connects the outer capsule(3) and the female connector(5). A screw recess is formed on the inner peripheral surface of a mounting hole of a cap connector of the outer capsule(3). A winding of the pig tale(7) is engaged with the screw recess.
