STRUCTURE FOR FIXING COIL UNIT OF LINEAR MOTOR

PURPOSE: A structure for fixing a coil unit of a linear motor is provided to obtain a stable operator of the linear motor by firmly fixing a coil unit provided to the operator of the linear motor to a frame. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of permanent magnets(51) are installed on the inner side of a back iron of a stator(52). An operator(55) is installed on one side of a frame(54), and is moved along the inner side of the stator(52). A coil unit(53) is inserted into a wedge-shaped recess. The recess is molded of the epoxy resin(5). The recess formed in the frame has embossings or a plurality of uneven portions. The end portion of the coil unit(53) inserted into the recess of the frame(54) has a shape which corresponds to the embossings or the uneven portions. The coil unit(53) is firmly fixed by enlarging the contact area which can fix the coil unit(53).
