PURPOSE: A welding tab is provided to more facilitate a welding process, improve a quality of the welding and more stabilize the welding process. CONSTITUTION: A pair of tabs(10) are provided. Each tab(10) has a circular groove(11) and a fitting groove(13). The circular groove(11) includes a slit(111) and a metal stick(12) which is received into the slit(111). The circular groove(11) is coupled to a welding portion(301) when the tab(10) contacts to a component(30). The welding tab(10) further includes a pad(20), one end of which is fitted in the groove(13). The pad(20) contacts to the bottoms of the components(30,40) by the welding(301), and fixed by an adhesive tape(21). In order to stably attach the tab(10) to the component(30) when starting the welding process, two adhesive tapes(22) are provided at the respective side portions of the pair of tabs(10).
