PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing printed grey-fabric of pile fabrics like a blanket, a carpet, and so on is provided, thereby having excellent printing definition, improving the bulk effect of a product surface, and cutting easily double weaved grey yarn pile. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method comprises the steps of: cutting the middle parts of pile(6) of double weaved grey yarn(5) inwhich pile(6) of acrylic spun yarn is connected to the middle of both weave parts(7); and passing the produced grey-fabric(8) through inner part of a steam box which consists of double walls(1)(2) and has a steam jet orifice(3(R),3(X),3(Y)) and guide roller(4(A),4(B),4(C),4(D),4(E)), and then doing pre-steam setting, wherein the sprayed steam temperature is 90 to 110deg.C and passing time in the steam box is 1 to 20min.
