PURPOSE: An apparatus for transmitting E-mail in a CTI(Computer and Telephony Integration) system is provided to designate an E-mail address of a recipient while transmitting E-mail of the recipient, by using a telephone button key, so as to perform an E-mail transmission at a high voice recognition rate. CONSTITUTION: A mailing selector(532) selects a mailing method required by a user, while the user replies or retransmits and makes new mail. If a retransmission or a new mailing is selected in the mailing selector(532) and if the user inputs a recipient's E-mail address by using a telephone button key, a recipient designator(540) searches the E-mail address by referring to a previously-made address list, and designates a recipient. If a 'reply' is selected in the mailing selector(532), a voice mail recorder(542) records a voice mail message of the user relating to an automatically-designated recipient or the designated recipient of the recipient designator(540), and makes the recorded message as a recording file. A mail transmitter(544) attaches the recording file to a transmitting mail, and transmits the mail.
