PURPOSE: A temperature detecting device is provided to protect an anode ray and a cathode ray from short or open at a bent portion by inserting an insulation member. CONSTITUTION: A bonder is connected by a cathode ray(21a) and an anode ray(21b). An insulation tube(20) electrically insulates and protects the cathode and anode rays(21a,b). A column shape insulating body forms the insulation tube and the cathode and anode rays are inserted to two holes formed on the insulating body. Plural insulation members(22) are inserted and fixed on the cathode and anode rays. Thus, the cathode and anode rays are independently insulated and protected. An insulation body organizes the outer diameter of the insulation member and the cathode and anode rays penetrate a hole formed on the insulation member. Thus, inserting an insulation member prevents the short or open of the cathode and anode rays at the bent portion. A process temperature is stably maintained and a yield efficiency of an element is stabilized.
