PURPOSE: A mugwort punched sanitary pad is provided, which is characterized in that a mugwort flannel sheet is partially put into the conventional sanitary pad by a needle punch. CONSTITUTION: The mugwort punched sanitary pad is produced by a process comprising the steps of: a mugwort beating process to make the mugwort flannel sheet(10) from pile-state mugwort flannel obtained by screening the dried and grinded mugwort with a sieve; a sheet combining process to laminate the mugwort flannel sheet(10) on the conventional sanitary pad(18); a punching process to put the mugwort flannel sheet(10) partially into the sanitary pad(18) with the needle punch.
