PURPOSE: A method for an automatic response and a reward for sales of a customized advertisement using an ARS(Automatic Response System) is provided to automatically transmit the customized advertisement appropriate for a personal feature of a member for hearing for a predetermined time, and to provide annexed services according to the hearing, so that users can get benefits through telephone speech. CONSTITUTION: If call incoming by a specific member is performed through an ARS(Automatic Response System) communication network, whether the member is a registered member of a corresponding card is searched simultaneously with the incoming. If the membership of the member is confirmed through the search, private information such as gender, education, job and hobby of the member is fed back from a managing database, and kinds of advertisements are searched in a database in order to transmit an appropriate advertisement. If a corresponding advertisement is selected, the advertisement is automatically transmitted for a predetermined time. The number of times for telephone use of the member is automatically calculated simultaneously with the transmission. Annexed services are provided to the member by using an accumulated point or amount of money.
