PURPOSE: A high-accuracy trans-resistance amplifier is provided to cause the DC offset voltage of a current input terminal and an input impedance to substantially become zero to form an ideal current input terminal and cause an output impedance to substantially become zero to increase the drive performance of output voltage. CONSTITUTION: A high-accuracy trans-resistance amplifier comprises two current followers(CF) for current input, a current adder, a resistor(R) and a voltage follower(VF). The current adder calculates the difference between two input currents. The resistor(R) outputs the voltage of the adder. The voltage follower(VF) outputs the voltage of the resistor(R). A portion of the current and voltage followers(CF,VF) corresponding to a basic cell utilize same circuit, respectively.
