PURPOSE: An incinerator is provided to reduce fuel consumption amount by reusing waste heat. CONSTITUTION: An incinerator includes first and second combustion chambers(50,30) interlocked each other. A material for burning up is first burned in the first combustion chamber(50) and secondly burned in the second combustion chamber(30) at a higher temperature. Thus, an opening hole(70) putting a material for burning up to the first combustion chamber(50) is established on the first combustion chamber. A burner(40) providing the first and second combustion chambers with the heat of combustion is arranged between the combustion chambers(50,30). The thermal energy supplied from the burner is not used for the combustion action after the initial combustion action of the first and second combustion chambers. The waste heat changed to electricity energy by thermoelectric module(51,31) is supplied to heating elements(52,32). The thermal energy using the waste heat of the heating element is supplied to each combustion chamber. Thus, the thermal energy supplied from the burner is omitted as much as the thermal energy supplied from the heating module and the fuel consumption amount of the burner is drastically reduced. The second combustion chamber having a smaller combustion space and maintaining higher temperature than the first combustion chamber is partitioned. Therefore, waste is burned effectively.
