PURPOSE: Provided are a functional inner sole of a shoe and a method for preparing the inner sole. The inner sole enables to have an antibacterial effect on eczema bacteria, to eliminate bad smell and to absorb sweat. CONSTITUTION: A functional inner sole of a shoe is composed of the first inner sole part consisting of ethylenevinylacetate of 70-88 wt.%, fine charcoal powder of 24-10 wt.% and tree acid solution of 6-2 wt.%, in which an extrusion part is formed on the upper surface and a slant part sloping toward inside at angle of 45-70 degrees is formed on the one end part; and the second inner sole consisting of ethylenevinylacetate of 80-94 wt.%, fine charcoal powder of 18-5 wt.% and tree acid solution of 2-1 wt.%, in which a slant part sloping toward outside at angle of 45-70 degrees is formed on the one end part, the two inner sole parts are attached together by spreading an adhesive on slant part.
