FIELD: mining. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to hammering devices. The device consists of a case, of a tool installed in the case and designed to perform length travels relative to the case, of means for pressure fluid supply into the device and for pressure fluid withdrawing to a tank of pressure fluid, of means for generation of a mechanical surge in the tool by means of applying pressure of fluid, and of a transmitting piston. A charging pressure chamber is assembled from the side of the transmitting piston facing the tool; and a working pressurising chamber is assembled from the back side of the transmitting piston. Means for generating a mechanical surge contain a source of pressure fluid connected with the working pressurising chamber and designed to maintain pressure in the working pressurising chamber; they also contain facilities for intermittent supply of pressure fluid into the charging pressure chamber. The facilities for intermittent supply of pressure fluid into the charging pressure chamber facilitate travel of the transmitting piston in the direction to the working pressurising chamber and alternately facilitate quick discharge of pressure fluid from the charging pressure chamber. Also, created by pressure of compressed pressure fluid in the working pressurising chamber and by working fluid, flowing into the said chamber from the source of pressure fluid, force facilitates travel of the transmitting piston in the direction of the tool. ^ EFFECT: increased frequency of impacts of device. ^ 7 cl, 2 dwg |
