FIELD: mechanics. ^ SUBSTANCE: ash trap comprises inlet branch pipe, housing, outlet branch pipe, irrigating and spraying nozzles representing fluid acoustic sprayers. Irrigating acoustic nozzles comprise a housing accommodating acoustic oscillation generator representing a nozzle and resonator, and pipes to feed spraying agent and fluid. Note that the housing represents a cup with bottom, while the aforesaid generator fitted therein represents a hollow rod with a wedge-like slit and a nozzle. Note also that fluid is forced into circular gap arranged between the resonator outer surface and the nozzle inner surface via channel arranged tangentially relative to the cup inner surface and representing a rectangular slit. Mind that air is forced through the housing union and resonator orifice into at least one wedge-like skit arranged at an angle to resonator axis and varying in optimum range of 30 to 60. Note also that the screw-type guide device is arranged in the circular gap between the cup inner surface and resonator outer surface to facilitate swirling fluid flow in the said channel. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of cleaning flue gases by increasing spraying surface thanks to acoustic nozzle. ^ 2 cl, 3 dwg |
