FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: tower crane with device for tower growing comprises tower, spacer and boom joined to it, device for tower growing at the bottom, comprising gantry installed in tower bottom part with aperture provided in it for installation into tower section gantry, guides for installation into tower section gantry, cross beam movably installed on gantry and connected to upper part of gantry and loading winch via rope tackle, upper and lower tackle units. Tackle and crossbeam are installed in gantry back panel, gantry aperture is arranged in one of its two side panels, every tower section in its bottom part is arranged with hooks located on one of its panels, which are installed with the possibility of interaction with cross beam protrusions, guides are arranged with smooth working surfaces for interaction with rollers fixed on tower section inserted into gantry. During operation of two tower sections installation into vertical position with gantry fixed on them for tower growing, boom and spacers are connected to tower with the help of erecting crane, tower is grown at the bottom by grown sections inserted in aperture of tower gantry with the help of gantry guides. Prior to operation of every tower section installation into gantry, detachable rollers are fixed in belts of grown section, then grown tower section is lifted and installed on guides for rolling of grown tower section in gantry via its aperture. ^ EFFECT: reduced labour intensiveness of assembly-disassembly works. ^ 3 cl, 10 dwg |
