PURPOSE: A hand carrier is provided to smoothly carry liquefied products by carrying the products in a horizontal state and easily carry the products without disarrangement. CONSTITUTION: A hand carrier includes a base plate fixed at a right angle to a frame for loading products, and a fixed shaft for installing a rolling wheel, wherein the hand carrier includes a support fixing part(10) having a stopper piece(12) formed at both ends of the fixed shaft with a plurality of locking grooves, and a supporting piece(15) having an elongated hole(13) formed in the center and a fixed point fixing shaft(14) formed in the end; a liftable loading part(20) having a bent loading plate(22) coupled with the bottom surface of the fixed point fixing shaft by hinges, a movable piece(24) coupled with both parts of the loading plate rotatably; a supporting part(30) having a footboard(34) rotatably installed in the fixed point fixing shaft for coupling with a fixed pipe(32) having a plurality of ratchet teeth, and a coil spring having one end fixed on one surface of the footboard and the other end fixed with the fixed point fixing shaft; and a stopper part(40) having a rotary pipe(42) rotatably installed in the other side of the footboard with one end supported by a spring(41) and the other end having ratchet teeth in corresponding to the ratchet teeth, and a lever(49) having an operational shaft(48) fixed by the fixed shaft and a tension spring(46) with a fixed protrusion(44) for lodging one side and a locking ledge for being inserted into the locking grooves of the stopper piece.
