PURPOSE: An e-mail having a reply function and a method for processing reply statistics thereof are provided to enable customers to provide a prepayment card such as a dialing function or a cyber money by sending out remembrances which the customers receive or gifts for an anniversary such as a telephone card or the prepayment card in case that a general event is celebrated on-line. CONSTITUTION: A user connects to a reply management system(508) using PCs(510,512) or a mobile communication terminal(507) through the internet and the intranet network. A massage of the e-mail and information of the transmitter/receiver are stored in a reply e-mail management database(509). In case that the receiver of the reply e-mail uses a telephone card ID received, the telephone card ID is transmitted to a telephone card control system(501) of a communication businessman and connected to an ordinary telephone(502) or a fax(503). In case that the receiver performs an electronic commercial transaction using an advance payment card ID, the receiver sends out the card ID to an electronic commercial transaction control system of an offering businessman and could settle an account. In case that the user uses the wireless communication terminal(507), the user is connected to a wireless communication control server(506) via a wireless communication base station(504) and a wireless communication exchanger(505), and connected to the reply e-mail management system.
