PURPOSE: A manufacturing machine of noodles having fillings inside is provided to satisfy consumers' taste and enable intake of various nutrients by forming the surface and the inside of noodle strips each differently using different ingredients. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing machine of noodles having fillings inside comprises: a bottom ingredient supply device(10) for compressing and supplying dough mixed with flour or rice flour, water, salt and other additives to a transporting screw(13); a couple of flat board processing rollers(20,21) for forming the supplied dough into predetermined thickness; a couple of bottom-forming rollers(30,31); a filling supply device(40); a top ingredient supply device(50); a couple of top-forming rollers(60,61); a couple of mold attaching rollers(70,71); a plurality of cutting wheels(80,81) for forming noodle strips(W) by cutting toward the transporting direction; and a cutting device(90) for the noodle length.
