PURPOSE: A health beverage is provided to improve conventional water/sugar based beverage by adding bean sprout, shell, medical herbs. CONSTITUTION: The beverage is characterized by comprising schisandra chinensis 2g, Chinese matrimony vine 3g, mulberry tree leaf 3g, parsley 2g, broccoli 5g, purslane 2g, lotus root 2g, unpolished rice enzyme 2g, grain powder 5g, fruit juice 50mL, 50 mL of boiled Atractylodes japonica Koidz (4g), iris 2g, dandelion/plantain powder 5g, 100mL of boiled bean sprout (100g), 50 mL of boiled shellfish (50g).
