PURPOSE: A method for operating an on-line mutual benefit financial association through a financial institution is provided to put a confidence, to establish a union for saving up a large scale of fund by carrying a trust guarantee by a financial institution, and to show means for conveniently purchasing goods by using payment money which a customer saves up. CONSTITUTION: A union server gives a public notice of establishing a union in order to collect members. A customer uses a customer terminal, connects to the union server, selects one union at least and applies to become a member(S304). The union server asks a financial institution server to check a credit rating of an applicant(S306). The financial institution server checks the credit rating of the applicant and informs the union server of the result(S308). In case that the credit rating of the applicant is good, the union server approves an application for admission to the union. In case that the credit rating isn't good, the server informs the customer of a refusable message(S310). An organization of the union is completed, the union members pay fixed money per a fixed period(S312). A reserve fund is provided to the union members in order(S314). In case that all the members receive the reserve fund, a purpose of establishing the union is achieved and the union is dispersed(S316).
