CONSTITUTION: The shock absorbing bag has the strings or the handles comprising a circular spring(6) inserted in the elastic string, a projected circular spring hook(9) to couple detachably with holes(8) for a spring hook(9), a spring plate locking hook to fix into the clothes on the shoulder, a spring button to couple with the spring plate locking hook, and a gem stone and a magnet.
