PURPOSE: A method for offering information on the internet is provided to overlap and disappear a message after predetermined time. CONSTITUTION: A web server providing all sorts of information as a web page form is connected to the internet. A client terminal(EU) or a manager terminal(AD) using the web server(WS) is connected to the internet(IN) as a line type or a wireless type. A database(DB) stores a web page pre-made by HTML and including all sorts of information according to the type on the web server(WS). A message overlapping to the web page is stored in the database. The database(DB) stores the time of reservation and maintenance, an overlap including a template(TL) name, a template(TL) and additional information(SI) consisting a message and path information having recorded paths. The template(TL) regulates expressing method of messages and includes a position of message overlapping on the web page, a size, numbers and a link with other page. The additional information(SI) regulates the contents of a message and includes a text, a graphic, an image, a dynamic image, sound and a component mixing them.
