PURPOSE: A lifting play tool using sliding power is provided to help children's balanced growth by giving an effect like the exercise of the whole body to reduce fatigue even though using for a long time. CONSTITUTION: A lifting play tool using sliding power includes a handle shaft(2) having a grip(1), a front wheel(3) located at the lower portion of the handle shaft, a rear wheel(4), a spring(6) mounted at the inner end of the handle shaft, a sprocket(7) mounted at the center of the front wheel by a unidirectional clutch(8), a plurality of unit rods(9,9') detachably mounted between the front wheel and the rear wheel, step plates(10,10') rotatably formed on both sides of the final unit rod, and a chain(11) connecting the spring, the sprocket and the unit rod
