The invention concerns a method and an apparatus for causing molecular excitation of water molecules suspended or contained in the lower atmosphere by irradiating a zone of said lower atmosphere with an electromagnetic radiation of one or several wavelengths ranging between 0.70 and 11 micrometers. Said irradiation enables to prevent and disperse fog and mist, to disperse cloud cover, to prevent rime and to disperse industrial and urban pollution in the lower atmosphere. |
