PURPOSE: An S-SBR(Solution-Styrene Butadiene Rubber) analysis method is provided to enable an exact qualitative analysis and a quantitative analysis to be performed. CONSTITUTION: A differential thermal analyzer gauges a glass transition temperature of a rubber. A polymer has an own glass transition temperature so that a type and number of a polymer forming a rubber are analyzed by measuring an own glass transition temperature. Thus, measuring a glass transition temperature of a rubber with a differential thermal analyzer identifies a polymer. The qualitative and quantitative analysis is possible in an absolute content of fine structure obtained by an infrared ray spectrometer and a pyrolysis gas chromatography.
