PURPOSE: A bonded structure of a panel and a rail of a flat color cathode-ray tube is provided in which the rail and the panel are combined using electrostatic bonding force to prevent graphite, fluorescent material and other impurities from being collected at the bonded interface during an exposure process and to reduce the size of the panel and a frit glass. CONSTITUTION: When a rail supporting a shadow mask is bonded to the inside of a panel(2) of a flat color cathode-ray tube, the rail and the panel are combined with each other through electrostatic bonding method using the panel formed of glass as a cathode and using the rail formed of a metal as an anode. The electrostatic bonding method bonds the glass and metal to each other using heat and voltage basically. The rail is configured of a two-stage structure of upper and lower stages(8b,8a). The lower stage of the rail is split into pieces.
