PURPOSE: A communication device for fixed price transaction via the internet and a method thereof are provided to prevent personal information being issued to others and supplies safe and convenient purchase of goods to customers. CONSTITUTION: A fare card(2) has an internet address of a service enterprise(10), a specific number for fixed amount transaction and an amount of money having specific use limit on it. A customer's computer(4) is for connection to the service enterprise(10) using internet address written on the fare card(2) and input of the specific number. A server of service enterprise(8) connected to the computer(4) via internet inquires the specific number and the balance of the card(2) and transmits information of goods which customers want to purchase and delivery of the goods to the customer's computer(4). The service enterprise(10) issues a number of fare cards(2) in which specific amount of money is written respectively and inputs their specific amount of money to the server(8). A business enterprise(10) purchases the fare card(2) from the service enterprise(10) and gives the fare card(2) to customers for a sales promotion.
