PURPOSE: A connection sealing device is provided to restrain vehicle components not to be displaced from such a structure as a vehicle body by making a bolt or a nut kept fastened in a sealed state and to prevent bolt or nut unfastening without an additional tool although a seal is removed. CONSTITUTION: A connection sealing device is composed of: a bolt(110) including a head(112) having a polygonal groove(113), a unidirectional hanging part(115) formed on the circumference of the head portion and having a hanging sill(122), and a male screw(119) protruding to the lower portion of the unidirectional hanging part and combined to a structure or the nut of the structure; a unidirectional hanging unit(120) elastically hung on the unidirectional hanging part and allowing a unidirectional relative movement with the bolt; a cap(130) having a male screw passage hole(131), a head settling part(132) and a unidirectional hanging unit installation groove(134); and a sealing unit(140) combined onto the head settling part. For unfastening the bolt, the sealing unit is removed and a driver having a section shape the same as the shape of the polygonal groove is needed. Although the sealing is removed, the bolt is not unfastened without a driver. Therefore, the theft of such components as a license plate is prevented. Moreover, the connection sealing device is applied to such special items as a ballot box and precision instruments.
