PURPOSE: A progressive press unit is provided to perform simultaneously all fabricating processes of a mask frame by using one progressive press unit. CONSTITUTION: A mask process is formed with a piercing/blanking process and a forming/drawing process. A progressive press(PP) is formed by arranging a piercing/blanking metal mold(10) and a forming/drawing metal mold(12) between a punch holder(6) and a die holder(8). A plate member(14) supplied to an entrance of the progressive press is guided to an exit through the piercing/blanking process and the forming/drawing process. The piercing/blanking metal mold(10) is formed with a piercing punch(10a) and a blanking punch(10b) installed on the punch holder(6) and a die backup plate(10c) and a stripper(10d) installed on the die holder(8). A pilot punch(16) and a punch(18) for inner shield are installed on the punch holder(6). The forming/drawing metal mold(12) is formed with a drawing punch(12a), a forming punch(12b), and a drawing die(12c). A gas spring(20) and a stripper(20a) are used for preventing wrinkles of the plate member.
