METHOD FOR MEASURING TURNING BALANCE OF INJECTED MATERIAL

PURPOSE: A measuring method of a rotating balance of an injected material is provided to reduce the defected products and to minimize the generation of waste by measuring a turning moment of turning injected material. CONSTITUTION: The reference of a turning balance of an injected material is set based on the weight of a turning injected material at a specific condition. The weight of the turning injected material is measured. The suitability of the turning balance of the turning injected material is decided by comparing the measured weight with the reference. Thereby, the unbalance of the turning balance to generate the defects of the injected materials is reduced.
