FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for induction valves pad weld. Valve is preinstalled into form which is located in electromagnetic field of high-frequency facility inductor. It is bulked on periphery of valve disk self-fluxing powder on the basis of nickel. Current frequency in inductor is chosen depending on diametre of valve disk in the area of cylindrical annulet and inductor coil pitch. ^ EFFECT: method provides improvement of pad weld, reduction of total repair time of valve at considerably less expenditures. ^ 1 dwg |
