PURPOSE: A lance device is provided which accurately sets the projection position of refractory powder for a target in repairing refractory materials by projecting the refractory powder onto the furnace wall, and which is applied to partial repairing of the furnace wall of a degassing furnace in which projection conditions of the refractory powder is inferior. CONSTITUTION: The lance device for spray repairing furnace wall comprises a driving shaft on a driven shaft, wherein the driving shaft is consisted of individual shaft coupling members, and which transfers refractory powder by combining plural of the shaft coupling members as a whole; a casing enclosing the driving shaft so as to form a channel; a powder transfer pipe(13) which is guided to the driving shaft so as to transfer the refractory powder; a nozzle driving part equipped with a first rotation part which transmits power by connecting an outer power transmission gear to one end of the driving shaft, and a second bended rotation part which controls an angle of nozzle direction at an original position by power obtained from the first rotation part; a lance rotation part which is coupled to the outer power transmission gear so as to guide axial rotation of the nozzle by independently rotating the driving shaft separately from the powder transfer pipe(13); a distribution element(18) which is mounted on the outer wall of the driving shaft so as to divide and supply cooling water and combustible gas along the driving shaft; and a rotary joint which joints the concerned tangential surface of the coupling part of the distribution element(18) and the nozzle for constantly maintaining flow of fluids which are divided and supplied from the distribution element(18) regardless of rotation of the driving shaft and the nozzle.
